In the Strong Her Squad, you’ll train alongside like-minded women, build confidence in the gym and get personalised coaching. It’s not just about getting stronger, it’s about feeling empowered, connected and proud of what your body can do.
Strong Her Squad is small group personal training (max 6 women per session) where everyone follows their own program, not a random “one workout for everyone” class.
You get coaching, technique support and guidance while still training for your own goals.
Session Times:
Monday • Wednesday • Friday — 9:30am (6 spots available)

The Strong Her Squad is a 3 day per week commitment, and your payment secures your spot in the group. If you miss a session, it can’t be refunded or transferred, but you’ll still have your full program inside the app. You can go to the gym at a time that suits you and make the session up on your own.
If your schedule changes and you can only attend two days regularly, we can chat about a special payment plan or a discounted price to suit your attendance.
Yes, you have access to Peak Physique gym at Umina for the three group training sessions. Outside of those group sessions though, if you would like to use the gym you will need to pay for a gym membership at $16 per week.
The program is structured as a 3-day training plan, with each session building on the next. For best results, we encourage you to make all three, but if you can only commit to two, we can work out a special payment plan to accommodate that.
You’ll also have access to your program through the app, so you can complete your missed session at a time that works for you.
Alternatively, you can join the Strong Her Program ($288) and come to Squad sessions casually for $20 per class when it suits you.
This is small group PT so I take 6 women max per session.
The Strong Her Squad is for all levels of fitness. You can be a beginner who has never trained before or an advanced gym girlie who is looking to take their strength to the next level
The Strong Her Squad isn’t a group HIIT class where everyone does the same workout or jumps around doing burpees. Each woman follows her own personalised program through the app, designed around her goals and ability.
We start with a group warm-up together, then everyone moves into their program. I’ll be right there coaching, checking your form, giving feedback, and guiding you on how to progress each week. You’ll always have my full support, but I’ll also encourage you to build confidence and independence, so you feel comfortable training on your own too.
Each Strong Her Squad session runs for 60 minutes. This includes your mobility warm-up, your personalised strength program, and coaching support throughout. You’ll get plenty of time to focus on technique, progression, and recovery.
Absolutely. You’ll have access to your program through the app, where you can track your workouts, log your progress, and message me anytime you need help. I check in regularly to see how you’re going, answer questions, and make adjustments if needed. You’ll also have access to my resources, community, and ongoing guidance to help you stay consistent between sessions.
If you upgrade your page to include weekly coaching, we will have a 30min call each week for extra support and guidance.
