When you join, I’ll send you a link to download the app and complete your consultation form. The app includes short videos showing you how to use it, and during your consultation, I’ll walk you through everything step-by-step to make sure you feel confident navigating it.
You can continue into the next training phase, where we’ll progress your program and keep you moving toward your long term goals. There is a 4 week minimum after the initial 12 weeks and you can continue on for as many 4 week training blocks as you like. Most of my clients have been training with me long term for over a year, some of them over 8 years.
This depends on your schedule. Most of my clients are busy working mums, running a house hold, so they only have the time for 3 sessions a week. The Strong Her Program has 3 day, 4 day and 5 day options. We will map this out together in your consultation to ensure that you are on the right program for your goals and schedule.
No problem — you can easily swap any exercise for one that’s more suitable for you. I’ll give you suggested alternatives, and you’ll also have access to a full exercise library inside the app. If we do weekly check-ins together, I’ll personally modify your program based on your equipment, experience level, or any injuries or limitations you have.
The Strong Her programs are designed for the gym, so you’ll need a gym membership to get the most out of them.
If you train from home, no stress — I can still create a plan for you using whatever you’ve got (bands, dumbbells, etc.). That would just fall under my 1:1 coaching package, since your plan needs to be more tailored to your setup.
Absolutely. I have a beginner program called Fit n Fab, designed to help you master the basics and build confidence in the gym.
Every exercise comes with video demos, form cues and progressions so you can train safely and feel confident — even if you’re completely new to lifting.
Yes — you’ll get access to my nutrition education resources and meal guides, all built around the Strong Her Nutrition Pillars to support your goals.
Every new client starts with a 60-minute consultation where we go through your nutrition, lifestyle, and food preferences.
From there, I’ll personalise your calories and macros and guide you on how to track your food using MyFitnessPal — if that’s the strategy that best suits you. If it's not then we will work out the best nutrition strategy for you.
You’ll also receive a custom example meal plan based on your nutrition targets and the foods you actually enjoy, so it’s realistic and I will teach you how to incorporate other foods so you are not stuck on eating the same things everyday if you like variety.
Yes. Depending on your plan, you’ll have weekly check-ins (in the premium package) and access to me through the app for questions and form feedback.

No — access to the app is only available while you’re an active client.
If you decide not to continue after your 12 weeks, you’ll lose access to the app, but you can screenshot your workouts and download any recipe books or resources you’d like to keep.
